Armela Farms is a hydroponic farm in the UAE that grows leafy greens indoors in a controlled environment. Its crops include several lettuce types, kale and baby spinach, which it packs on site as whole heads, salad mixes and ready-to-eat salads under the Armela Fresh name. Storage, packaging and distribution are handled at the farm to shorten the time from harvest to shelf. The company also sells flavoured snacks. It is described in Gulf News as a Dubai based grower.
