Chocolala is a chocolate and dessert maker founded in 1998 that produces in its own kitchen and sells through about 25 outlets around the UAE. Gulf News reports that it started as a domestic confectionery producer and expanded from the Al Hamra Industrial Zone in Ras Al Khaimah, supplying premium chocolate and celebration cakes in the UAE and abroad. Its range mixes eastern and western sweets and also includes desserts and ice cream.
