Mirzam is an Emirati-owned chocolate maker that roasts cacao beans and makes chocolate from scratch at its factory and shop in Al Quoz, Dubai, opened in 2016 according to The National. Its output includes single-origin bars, bites, truffles, pralines and caramels, along with drinking chocolate, spreads and dates coated in dark chocolate. The brand takes its name from a star used in Arab navigation and runs additional stores and cafes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
