Asmak is a seafood brand run by Alliance Foods Company, with its head office and factory in Dubai Industrial City and a history going back to 1999. The company operates a network of aquaculture farms in the UAE that use recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) to raise fish. Its fresh range includes salmon, sea bream, hamour and sea bass fillets, and it also sells frozen shrimp, seafood mixes, breaded items such as fish fingers, and ready-to-cook seafood dishes across the region.
