Dibba Bay Oysters is an oyster farm in the waters off Dibba, in the emirate of Fujairah, operated by East Coast Shellfish. It raises Pacific cupped oysters in the Gulf of Oman and sells them fresh to restaurants, hotels and private customers through its online store. The company also offers oyster catering for events and runs a reef creation project that uses oysters to rebuild marine habitat. It describes itself as the first gourmet oyster farm in the Middle East and lists Friend of the Sea, ISO and HACCP certifications.
