Shantilal Jewellers was established in Dubai in November 1969, when its founder settled in the UAE and opened a small gold showroom in the Gold Souk. The family business now makes its own jewellery, describing its pieces as handcrafted in the Gold Souk, and a recruitment profile notes a UAE manufacturing facility with close to 100 artisans.
