Tabby is a personal finance app developed in the UAE that began as a buy now, pay later service for online and in-store shopping. Shoppers can split purchases into four interest-free payments or longer monthly plans. The app has since added the Tabby Card, a Cash Card with cashback, and a Cash Account for local and international transfers, plus deal tracking and buyer protection. A business side gives merchants checkout and payment tools. Its lending and payment entities are licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE.
