Al Ghurair Iron & Steel, known as AGIS, is part of the Dubai-based Al Ghurair group and runs a flat steel plant in Abu Dhabi. The mill processes hot rolled coil into cold rolled and hot dip galvanized steel coils and sheets. These products are used by manufacturers of building panels, ducting, appliances, steel framing and pre-engineered buildings in the UAE and are also exported to neighbouring markets.
