National Cement Company was founded in Dubai in 1968 and is based in the Al Quoz industrial area. It manufactures ordinary Portland cement as well as high and medium sulphate resisting grades used in foundations, marine works and other demanding concrete applications. Alongside cement production, the company offers waste management services, using its kiln to co-process certain industrial waste streams. Its output goes mainly to builders and ready mix producers in Dubai and the wider UAE.
