Dubai headquartered producer of polypropylene and biobased plastic films for flexible packaging and labels, part of Al Ghurair Group.
Taghleef Industries was formed in 2006 through the merger of three film makers, the first of them Dubai Polyfilm in the UAE, and it remains headquartered in Dubai as part of Al Ghurair Group. It manufactures thin plastic films that converters print and laminate into food wrappers, snack bags, labels and graphic products. Its range covers biaxially oriented polypropylene, cast polypropylene and films made from biobased and biodegradable polylactic acid. The company has since added production sites in several other countries, while the Dubai site remains part of its network.
