Italfood is a cheese producer located in the Al Hamra Industrial Zone of the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone. It makes fresh Italian style cheeses such as mozzarella, burrata and ricotta, along with halloumi, labneh and fresh yoghurt. The company links its methods to a cheesemaking tradition that began in 1955 in Lettere, Italy. Gulf News notes that it supplies artisan cheeses to the UAE’s premium dining and hospitality sector.
